Inn FAQs

  • Since we are a small Inn with limited guest rooms, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    Cancellation seven days or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

    Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and release of your room and corresponding room. All scheduled room nights within the cancellation window will be charged.

  • Unfortunately, at this time, pets are not allowed at the Inn.

    We love our fur babies just as much as you!

    Please note, we do warmly welcome Service Dogs! Please see these well-written articles on Service Dogs if you have questions: Service Dog Certifications & The Fake Service Dog by CertaPet. Unfortunately, some people simply go online and “buy certification” for their pet. This is not only unethical as it is essentially stealing a right of a person in need, and it is illegal in New York State.

  • A deposit of one room night plus applicable sales tax is due upon booking to secure your room. The remainder of your inn balance will be charged at check out.
