General Policies
The Golden Rule: Stagecoach Inn is a place where all are welcome and treated like family. All employees, visitors, and guests are expected to be respectful to others at all times. Discriminatory, violent, or aggressive behavior towards any individual or group will not be tolerated and people engaged in such behavior will be asked to leave the property.
Stagecoach Inn is private property. To ensure the privacy of our guests and staff no recording of audio or video, photography, digital imagery, or social sharing is permitted without written permission of the affected individual or individuals and Stagecoach Inn LCC management.
Alcohol, Smoking, and Drug use
Due to New York State liquor laws and insurance coverage, no alcohol may be brought onto the property. All alcohol must be purchased through Anthony Dobbins Stagecoach Inn LLC.
Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are not permitted anywhere on the property. For questions regarding Cannabis please visit the Office of Cannabis Management website. Illegal drugs or substances are not permitted on the property at any time.
Security Systems
Security systems are in place that record audio and video in all common areas inside and outside of the building. These recordings are the exclusive property of Anthony Dobins Stagecoach Inn LLC and are only used to ensure our guest’s safety and security.
Inn Policies
Check-in is 3 PM on the date of arrival and check-out is 11 AM on the departure date.
Continental breakfast is included in your room rental. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM.
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol onto Stagecoach Inn property or consume alcohol not purchased from Stagecoach Inn due to insurance and our New York State Liquor License rules.
Children at the Inn. We do not allow children under 12 overnight.
Room Occupancy and Pets
Two people per room. Children under 12 are not permitted overnight but are permitted for certain dining events and for special functions.
Pets are not allowed at the Inn at any time.

Unfortunately, some people simply go online and “buy certification” for their pet. This is not only unethical as it is essentially stealing a right of a person in need, and it is illegal in New York State.
Deposit and Room Billing
A deposit of one room night plus applicable sales tax is due upon booking. The remainder of your inn balance will be charged at check out.
Room Cancelation and No-shows
Our room cancelation policy is seven (7) days. Cancelations 7 days and greater prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancelations within 7 days of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Failure to check-in by 11 pm on the scheduled arrival date, without notice will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the release of your room and corresponding room charge per the cancelation policy. All scheduled room nights within the cancelation window will be charged.
